Key responsibilities:
* Take new products through factory trials, capturing key metrics and yields.
* Identify opportunities to improve products and processes.
* Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and colleagues.
* Review quality of products with the process development manager and create action plans for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven track record in a process technologist position within food manufacturing including practical, hands-on factory trials experience.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work alone, or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to give examples of where youve previously made cost savings, yield improvements and efficiency enhancements.
* Preferably a degree in a science-based subject.
