THE ROLE
As a Field Sales Account Manager youll work closely with a number of established distributor accounts across the region, working with them and their own sales teams to grow sales turnover with their own customer base. Youll become a trusted-advisor to your customers, helping them to grow their own business and support them with trade events, product and sales support and generally working in partnership with them for mutual benefit.
This is a varied, field-based role, where youll have control over your own diary and plan your day as you see fit. Youll have support from your local team-mates and line management when you need, but will have the freedom to manage your customers in the way that works best for you and them.
ABOUT YOU
This is a role that provides lots of support and on-going training so previous experience within particular products isnt essential. What wed like to see is some experience of working within a similar type of reseller environment where youve worked with retailers, wholesalers or distributors in the past either within the construction market or another sector. This is very much a relationship-led role, so previous account management sales experience is a must.
THE REWARDS
Basic salary of up to £50,000 along with a generous OTE package that will see your overall earnings reach £60,000. Fully-expensed company car, pension, private healthcare and various perks.
