Job summary

Can you be the main driver involved in delivering the M&E strategy for a project. You will be responsible for the delivery of the MEP and all associated packages. Bouygues UK have an exciting opportunity for experienced M&E Manager. Covering all aspects of the management of M&E packages from procurement to hand over, including the management of M&E design consultant and the management of more junior M&E engineers/managers. You will be part of a Student Accommodation project build, based in Chichester. The project will deliver a high-quality student and living experience, offering 1,032 units at its Bognor Regis and Chichester campuses.

Essential

Your skills profile should demonstrate the following:

Procure, Manage the Design, Manage the Production until handover of the M&E packages, including testing and commissioning.

Experience in managing MEP subcontractor and packages across separate sites/blocks.

Relevant Building Services qualifications (Mechanical and Electrical) are advantageous but not essential with appreciation and understanding of all related disciplines.

M&E experience working with a main contractor or large M&E subcontractor.

Strong attention to detail.

I.T. Literate.

Job Purpose and Scope:

To procure, coordinate, and supervise all M&E activities on site.

Accountabilities and key tasks:

Managing all M&E activities works with an emphasis for:

H&S.

Quality ((As per BYUKs management system).

Programme.

Liaise on a day-to-day basis with other trades.
