Job summary

With the administration support you provide to our team, you will make a critical contribution to improving the quality of education across the Group.
Amongst wider responsibilities outlined in the role profile, you will be responsible for:
Being the first point of contact for the Group Quality Team. Providing administrative support under the direction of the Administration Team Leader including:
Supporting the arrangements for CPD training/events
Booking rail, accommodation, and external venues
Distributing and collating quality surveys
Managing correspondence from the quality email box
Scheduling meetings, taking notes, distributing documents, managing arrangements for face-to-face meetings, and setting up Teams Meetings for virtual meetings
Managing sensitive and extensive confidential informationThe right person for the role will be:
Confident in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
Good organisational skills
