Job summary
PRIMARY OBJECTIVESearch, select and submit candidates to clients vacancies using the company CRM and external job boards / media. Be competent in all things related to candidate management & job roles in the correct processes and procedures of resourcing.
KEY DUTIES
Fully competent user of the internal CRM system and external job boards, including Linked in and Indeed.
* Search job boards, internal CRM system and media for potential candidates to contact and discuss clients vacancies.
* Identify CVs and contact candidates to discuss their current employment and future job requirements.
* Qualify candidates for the jobs by asking questions and gaining information.
* Send candidates job information, specs, benefits etc
* Add new candidates to our internal CRM, updating and maintaining the system.
* Shortlist candidates to client jobs on CRM system
* Prepare CVs ready to be sent to clients for their review ensuring accurate data and correct grammar.
* Submit candidates CV to the client with a cover note
* Track client and candidate feedback on CRM keeping the candidate updated at all stages of the process, ensure all communication with candidates are logged on the CRM
* Arrange interviews and send out interview confirmation to candidates.
* Prepare candidates for interviews and gain post interview feedback
* Relay client feedback to candidate
* Present job offers to candidates and manage both candidate and client through the process.
* Negotiate with both parties to a successful outcome
* Manage both parties through any notice periods / counter offers etc
Additional duties
* Ensure a thorough understanding of key clients job vacancies
* Gain candidate eligibility to work docs (ID) where required
* Carry out mass CRM mailshots/SMSs
* Create job board watchdogs / mailshots
* Gain job / vacancy leads from candidates and action
* Provide peers with market information (salaries / redundancies etc)
* Make client visits with senior member of Syntech to gain knowledge and insights into client site / working environments etc
* Have a good understanding of our key clients, their job roles, locations, competitors etc
* Provide management with key information and any relevant change in industry
* Provide management with ideas for improvements
* Other adhoc duties as and when requested
