My well-established client in the scientific equipment sector is currently seeking a Calibration Servicing and Repairs Support Executive. As the Sales Service Advisor/technician, your role will be to contact customers via phone and email to sell servicing and calibration of various equipment to drive forward this newly created department.
This role is commutable from Leicester City Centre, Thurmaston, Syston, Hamilton, Queniborough, Beaumont Leys and Scraptoft.
The Role of Sales Advisor:
To drive forward this newly created department
Selling and managing services, calibrations and repairs of ATP equipment
Supporting Internal Sales Account Managers, Sales Executives, Territory Manager and Sales Manager on service, calibrations and repairs.
Managing our own loan and trial equipment
Contacting customers via phone and email to sell servicing and calibration of various equipment
Managing and developing internal contracts / CRM for annual calibration of equipment
Where appropriate, physically conducting servicing, calibrations, and repairs internally on relevant equipment
Liaising with customers directly to manage the entire process of calibrations, servicing and repairs
Quoting customers
Liaising with suppliers to arrange and track; servicing, calibration and repairs.
Liaising with suppliers to streamline operations related to servicing, calibrations and repairs
Monthly reports on number of services, calibrations and repairs, including profit revenue and quantity
Monthly report to track turnaround time on servicing, calibrations and repairs.
The Candidate:
Previous experience within customer service or sales via phone or email
Knowledge of Sage or a similar CRM system
Previous experience of working towards KPIs/targets to measure performance
Package and Benefits:
Salary £23,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience
Day shifts Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30
32 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
