Salary £11.72 per hour
Duration 6 months
Hours- 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am 5pm 1 Saturday in 4 9am 5pm
Summary of a Customer Services Operative
The main role of a Customer Service Operative will be to handle inbound interactions from customers with a vast range of queries ensuring first point resolution for every type of interaction and responding in a friendly, supportive and timely manner.
Responsibilities of a Customer Services Operative
Inbound Customer Service contact via phone, email and more
Outbound task such as providing customer updates
Helping customer place orders over the phone
Administration work, including data input of customer information and products
Ad hoc tasks to help with our business need
Key competencies of a Customer Services Operative
Passion to deliver excellent customer service
Excellent organisation skills
Good working knowledge of basic computer programmes
Experience is beneficial to the role, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way
