We are currently seeking a committed Nursery Teaching Assistant to contribute to the vibrant learning environment of our school. This presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation learning experiences of children.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the nursery teacher in designing and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate activities tailored for children aged 3-4 years.
Actively participate in play-based activities, both indoors and outdoors, to support children learning experiences.
Cultivate positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Propel children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through meaningful interactions and purposeful activities.
Assist in the daily routines of the nursery, managing meal times, toileting, and nap periods while ensuring the health and safety of all children.Requirements:
Genuine passion for working with young children and aiding in their holistic development.
Preferred experience in an early years setting, though not mandatory.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents/carers, and colleagues.
Possession of NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
Patient, nurturing, and empathetic approach to working with young children.
Ability to collaborate within a team, contributing to a positive and harmonious work environment.
