Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated support to students with special needs, ensuring their individual learning requirements are met.
Collaborate with the primary school teaching team to implement inclusive practices that promote the overall well-being and academic success of all students.
Assist in the planning and execution of engaging and age-appropriate activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
Support the primary school teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining a conducive learning environment.
Provide one-on-one assistance during lessons, ensuring that students with special needs can actively participate and thrive.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
Familiarity with general classroom procedures and a willingness to contribute to overall class support.
Knowledge of diverse learning needs, with the ability to tailor teaching approaches accordingly.
Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Understanding of inclusive education practices and experience with assistive technologies.
