Are you a Technical Administrator with experience with engineering drawings, looking for Monday to Friday role for a company working with world-class facilities and state-of-the-art technologies, where you will gain valuable experience working on market leading automotive projects?
In this role you will provide technical administrative support to a team of engineers in the R&D department. Your responsibilities will include creating and checking drawings, managing changes to drawings and Bill of Materials, and producing simple drawings on behalf of the engineers. You will also handle various administrative duties related to the team's operations, such as raising orders, monitoring expenses, and updating department procedures.
This company is a leading automotive company who have gone from strength to strength since its establishment, producing for nearly 50 countries around the world. The company has recently been bought out by a household name that dominates the industry, so is looking to invest and grow its staff and projects within the new few years.
This role would suit a Technical Administrator with experience of engineering drawings, looking for a varied and technical role where you work on exciting market leading projects.
THE ROLE
* Provide technical administration support to the R&D engineering and design team, including creating and reviewing drawing release and Bill of Material (BOM) change documents
* Produce simple drawings on behalf of engineers, both for production purposes and administrative needs
* Assist with team administration tasks such as monitoring spend, maintaining inspection reports, and managing department procedures
