Looking to expand the business and team with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, our client pride themselves on offering a high quality level of service among their clientele. Due to continued growth and an upcoming project, they are now looking for a Surveyor to join their expanding team.

In this role you will be based in their head office in Cirencester, playing a crucial part in exciting projects which will range in size. Working closely with the team, raising invoices, managing payment notices, estimating, project management, and establishing and maintaining contractual relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a quantity surveyor with 5+ years previous experience within the construction industry with experience working within the civil engineering sector, such as water and utilities. Ideal for a candidate looking to have responsibility within their role and progress within their career with a company who can provide a number of opportunities to them.

The Role:

-Senior Quantity Surveyor
-Working alongside the Commercial Director
-Estimating and controlling costs
-Budget Planning and Valuations
-Working closely with the team
-Project management

The person:

-Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
-Experience on Construction Projects/ Civil Engineering Projects
-Full driving license
