Job summary
Hales Group are thrilled to be working with our client, looking for a Legal Assistant to support their team with offices in Lowestoft & Norwich. The ideal candidate would have experience within Conveyancing or Family Law.Key responsibilities:
* Conducting research
* General administrative tasks when required
* Organising and managing case files
* Preparing contracts & legal documents
* Diary management
* Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates
To join this team you will need:
* Must hold a valid UK drivers license with access to own transport ( Essential)
* Experience working within conveyancing or family law. ( Essential)
* Ability to pay close attention to detail
* Ability to have a client-focused approach, empathy, and the ability to manage client expectations
* Adaptable to new situations
* Time management prioritising tasks is crucial
HOURS: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
DURATION: Permanent
LOCATION: Norwich / Lowestoft
PAY RATE: £Negotiable
