Job summary
Job description Inbound Sales ExecutiveOur client is seeking a Sales Executive. You will be responsible for driving revenue by converting inbound calls to confirmed sales. Building rapport quickly with customers to gain their trust and understand their needs. This is a fast paced and competitive environment that rewards success.
Main Responsibilities
* Use consultative sales approach to help customers in an inbound sales and service centre to explore product offerings and make purchase decisions.
* Answering inbound calls from customers responding to marketing from social media, print and the web.
* Exceeding our customer's expectations with every call and educating our customers by bringing your unique personality, enthusiasm and passion to every conversation you have.
* Interacting with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner
* Delivering high-quality customer experiences by applying judgment and following guidelines
* Meeting performance goals through influencing of upgrades and selling according to defined standards and processes
* Prioritising work time to optimise customer interactions that lead to sale, and self-development
* Go above and beyond for customers
* Liaising closely with the Operations Team at point of sale to determine availability and timescales for job completion.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
* A Minimum of 1 year sales call centre experience preferred.
* Must demonstrate commitment to provide the highest quality service to our customers
* Must be competitive and be driven by daily, weekly, and monthly goals
* Must be available to work assigned shift within guidelines.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service and working towards structured KPIs
* You have a true passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service experience.
In addition:
* Requires a very flexible work schedule 8am-6pm.
* Ability to connect over the phone
* Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
* Able to work some weekends
* Youre resilient, adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Office hours 8am-6pm M-F office based. There is some out of hours working in this role as its a 24 hour business, 1 day a week on call.
Office hours when on call 8.30-5pm.
Basic salary £25,000-£30,000k plus commission.
