Twenty4Seven Education (T4S) will support you every step of the way with our exciting Teaching Assistant Academy!
Our TAA will help you develop skills and attributes for employment within schools.
Over the course of a paid placement in a primary school, our TAA offers candidates the experience and training they need to become qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistants, opening the door to your career in education. You will receive training throughout the placement from a member of our Education Support team, who will also help you prepare for your interview and visit you in the workplace.
Ideal candidate:

is a graduate with some experience within a school setting
*
will undertake the roles and responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant in the classroom and around the school
*
will use initiative and be proactive in the school
*
will demonstrate a high level of professionalism
*
will communicate effectively with children and staff
*
will be empathetic and nurturing towards children with SEND
*
will help encourage the use of positive behaviour management strategies
Requirements:
*
Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting/healthcare background
*
Professional reference checks to cover the last 2 years
*
Legal right to work in the UK (no limitations)
*
Has a degree
