Day to day responsibilities:
Raising invoices
Maintain invoicing schedules and make any necessary amendments
Collate utility meter readings & submit to energy provider where necessary
Input meter readings into utility spreadsheets and invoice accordingly
Carry out analysis of readings compared to utility invoice received
Maintain the business rates portfolio for the group
Update annual service charge spreadsheet & assist with year-endprocess
Analysis of annual waste charges
Analysis of annual insurance
Raise ad hoc purchase orders
Approving purchase invoices, raise queries and obtain credit notes when required
Answering the office phone and responding to email enquiries.
Day to day office filing and administration.
Fire warden
Skills and experience:
Previous accounts experience
Excellent Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to handle customer queries in a calm manner
Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
