Job summary
CK Group are recruiting for an Associate Scientist to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry based in Bracknell, Berkshire on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is able to be worked remotely or on a hybrid basis.Location:
This Associate Scientist role will be based at our clients site in Bracknell, Berkshire. This role can be remote, working in the office as and when required.
Hourly Rate:
£14.68 to £19.57 PAYE DOE
Associate Scientist Role:
Execute core operational tasks to a high standard and in a timely manner to accelerate the progression of deals
Support the identification, evaluation and tracking of opportunities of interest, and maintain accurate records of activity
Run, optimize, and create processes and resources to drive rapid and effective team performance
Reinforce the development and maintenance of an extensive network with healthcare innovators through mapping, analysis, triage, tracking, landscaping and strategy-building activities
Contribute to the maintenance of a strong communication network within the global VS group and across other Therapeutic Areas (TAs) and functional groups, as well as broader Corporate Business Development (CBD)
Your Background:
BSc with 2:1 grade or higher in a relevant discipline e.g. biology, chemistry, biomedical sciences, biochemistry, biotechnology, life sciences, medicine, neuroscience, etc
Some pharmaceutical or biotechnology industrial experience would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally - ideally with some customer service experience
Very interested in candidates that are pro-active, organised, fast-learning, detail-orientated, driven and independent
