The Executive Assistant Opportunity:
As Executive Assistant, you will become a vital part of the team, especially to the Managing Director who you will be assisting. You will provide outstanding support to the Managing Director, aiming to optimise their productivity and ensure seamless management of both professional and personal commitments.
Above all, your primary objective is to deliver exceptional support to the Managing Director by effectively managing tasks and responsibilities, thereby alleviating their workload. This will then allow the MD to concentrate on core duties and attain their organisational objectives.
What your day might look like:
You will be overseeing a range of responsibilities from daily tasks up to annual events so no day will be the same. However, some of your basic duties will include:
+ Managing the MDs inbox ensuring it is kept cleared and tidy
+ Collecting, managing and sorting post
+ Replying to all WhatsApp groups and messages
+ Managing all Social Media Messaging Account Chats
+ Managing the Diary to ensure good time management for the MD
+ Ensuring that any overdue tasks are rescheduled
+ Ensuring all tasks that are updated as needed on the Workflow system
+ Progressing any new leads and onboarding new clients
+ Completing any orders
+ Organising and meeting contractors on site where required (minimal)
+ Managing and overseeing business expenses
+ Ensuring any special events are organised in advance
About you:
+ Driving License & access to own car
+ Excellent Communicator
+ Attention to Detail
+ Good at problem solving and thinking outside of the box
+ Able to work on your own initiative
+ Good use at Excel, sharepoint, one drive, CRM systems, Whatsapp and email
+ Property related experience with insurance, mortgages, utility providers is a bonus but not essential
