Job summary

Kasmir Associates are exclusively recruiting for a leading online fashion retailer. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Manager. This role be right the heart of the beautiful Lake District, in Windermere, a fast-growing company delivering a diverse range of products to customers worldwide. As Ecommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales, with ambitious plans for substantial growth. Your role will involve:

Website Management:

* Oversee the user interface, design, and functionality of our ecommerce platform.

* Collaborate with web design agencies, in-house graphic design, and imagery teams to enhance the user experience.

* Create engaging content, including product videos and social media integration, to inspire customers and facilitate informed purchases.

* Work closely with Buyers to list new products and ensure timely updates.

Digital Marketing and Planning:

* Contribute to the creation of marketing plans, sales campaigns, and exclusive offers.

* Working with the external agency to develop and implement SEO and PPC campaigns, utilizing keyword strategies to enhance organic page ranking and increase website traffic.

* Plan ahead for fashion seasons, ensuring well-timed photoshoots and effective marketing strategies.

Sales Performance and Analytics:

* Analyse website data to attract and retain visitors, optimizing the online shopping journey.

* Track user journeys, identify drop-off points, and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates.

* Set, manage, and report website KPIs weekly to drive continuous improvement.

Team Management and Collaboration:

* Lead and support a team of dedicated staff, including Customer Services, Photography, Product Copy, and Social Media teams.

* Collaborate with Buying, Warehousing, and Product Dispatch teams to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals.

* Manage external agencies responsible for site build, digital marketing, and digital shop management.

Requirements:

* Proven ecommerce management experience in B2C ecommerce, fashion, retail, or FMCG industries.

* Strong retail background with a track record of growing ecommerce businesses.

* Expertise in website management, digital marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.

* Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager.

* Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Aero Commerce and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

* Experience with email marketing platforms like Dot digital and affiliate network management tools like AWIN.

* Must live in the Lakes or willing to relocate to the Lakes, ideally close to Windemere

* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovative digital strategies.

* A proven track record in increasing sales via Ecommerce channels

* Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
