Job summary
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a cutting edge IT firm based in Camberley. You will be required to work in a 1st and 2nd line support capacity supporting users general IT queries and problems over the phone, via email and face to face. The role is mainly remote / WFH with 1-2 days a week onsite.Responsibilities:
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, embracing a fix once mentality to resolve the core problem.
* Escalating unresolvable issues in an effective and timely manner.
* Keeping up to date asset inventories and tracking borrowed equipment.
* Undertaking small to medium sized projects as instructed by the Helpdesk Support Manager.
* Setting up and configuring new hardware including laptops, workstations, phones and video conference equipment.
* Installing authorised software to laptops and desktops.
* Ensuring upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops.
* Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with requirements
* Implementing an efficient maintenance program for all digital assets.
Technciall skills & experience required:
* Good PC hardware support experience.
* Good experience in Windows 7 / 10 / 11.
* MS Office 2013 /2016.
* MS Outlook.
* MS Office 365.
* Active Directory.
* IOS + Android.
* ITIL.
* Microsoft Exchange Microsoft Server 2008r2 / 2012.
* Azure (desirable.)
* Intune (desirable.)
