Job summary
We're excited to be partnering a local business in their hunt for a new team member to help run the Bar of a local sports club. The client is open to candidates who have some previous hospitality experience and are looking for a step up into management, but would prefer some sort of Team Leader/Management experience.We're seeking friendly and proactive types, who see the role as a challenge and are driven to improve themselves day in, day out - strong IT skills would be preferred for the successful candidates, and due to a lack of public transport ideally youd need to be local or have access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities:
* Line management of staff, as well as the recruitment of new team members.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
* Liaising with Catering Manager, Events Manager and Operations Manager to ensure matchdays and events run smoothly.
* Maintaining the accident and incident book and making sure any health and safety risks are reported.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
* Serving customers at the bar and providing excellent customer service.
* Arranging call outs for engineers an other tradespeople where required.
This is a great opportunity for a local person who wants a nice local job! The hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings between 7-9:30 as well as Saturday and Sunday during the day. Please apply now to be considered
