Job summary

We have a vacancy for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, living in Luton, Watford, Aylesbury or St Albans as you'll be covering sites across these regions.

This is a permanent contract for 40 hours per week and you'll be working a mixture of earlies and lates so flexibility is required. The shifts will be 8-10 hours per day.

We will provide a van and driving time between sites is paid.

Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring your team are working productively and safely.

You will also:

* Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.

* Organise rotas and complete wage and other paperwork

* Manage equipment, materials and stock levels

* Recruit train and develop staff

* Carry out general cleaning duties

* Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget

* Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained

* Conduct team briefings to cascade information to staff

* Ensure staff present a professional image

To succeed in this role you will need:

* Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry

* Full driving licence

* A Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations

* Enhance DBS will be required ( we can apply on your behalf if required)
