Your responsibilities as a Field Service Engineer:
Execute routine servicing schedules for equipment at customer sites.
Respond to on-site breakdowns, diagnose faults, and make things right.
Perform planned maintenance for equipment on customer sites.
Maintain an optimal stock of van parts, ensuring it's always up to par.
Keep things digital by recording jobs on your works mobile tablet promptly.
Identify potential customer recharges and report them to the Service Controller.
Provide support across various areas and depots.
