As SEN Teacher at Arc School Old Arley, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do. You will plan, assess and deliver outstanding teaching and learning using proven methods and approaches that enable all young people to learn, whilst ensuring that pastoral needs are also met. You will establish excellent relationships with parents and carers and inspire trust and confidence in pupils, colleagues, families and other professionals.
About you:
For this role, we are looking for someone who holds QTS or QTLS along with experience of working with children with SEND, SEMH and ASC. With a proven ability to deliver high quality, lively and effective classroom teaching, which engages and motivates young people, youll be someone who has a passion for supporting them to learn and develop, and youll want to make a difference to the lives and education of our children and young people. We would love to hear from you if you share our passion and commitment to developing confident and capable young people by meeting their educational, health and social care needs in structured, nurturing school and home provisions.

About us:
Arc School Old Arley, part of Kedleston Group, is an independent specialist day school near Nuneaton, for children and young people aged between the ages of 7 and 16. We provide a safe learning environment for children and young people with a wide range of varying needs including social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), autism (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and attachment difficulties (AD).
We look for people to join our staff team who have the creativity and enthusiasm needed to deliver the best outcomes for the children and young people.
