Riverside Recruitment is delighted to be working with a wonderful Nursery based in Bath who offer a supportive, welcoming, and professional working environment within their friendly, passionate and motivated teams. Our client, fully support staff who are looking at building their career in childcare and offer their full support with fully funded qualifications for progression opportunities.
Choice of working hours:
* Full time, Permanent - All Year Round - 4 days a week between Mon to Fri on a rolling rota - 36 contracted hours per week. Employees would have a rolling day off each week. Which will mean every 4-5 weeks, staff would have a long weekend by having the Friday and following Monday off work. Hours are 8am to 6pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch.
* Full time, Permanent - All year round - 35 contracted hours per week, across Monday to Friday. Hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch.
The job role: You will work closely with managers and other nursery staff to create a positive environment in the nursery and to build close ties and relationships with parents and carers. You must have the highest regard and dedication to ensuring the nursery is the best it can be at all times.
About the Nurseries: Both nurseries provide high-quality care and education for babies and children aged from three months to five years, 51 weeks of the year. They open from 7.30am until 6.30pm across Monday to Friday. They offers a range of flexible attendance schedules including full day, school days and morning and afternoon sessions, both all year round and term time only.
