Your Role: As a Recruitment Consultant focused on manufacturing and engineering, you will be at the forefront of building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing a deep understanding of the manufacturing and engineering industries to identify key skill sets and talent needs.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing highly qualified candidates in roles that align with their skills and career goals
