We are a well-established and rapidly expanding fleet maintenance company with depots across the UK and are actively seeking to employ experienced and qualified HGV Technicians to be based out of a depot in the Tamworth area to work on a full time permanent basis.

We are at the forefront of the EV revolution, and we're seeking talented individuals to help us maintain and repair our expanding fleet of electric heavy goods vehicles (HGVs). As an HGV Technician with EV training, you'll have the chance to work on cutting-edge technology, contribute to a greener future, and develop valuable skills in this rapidly evolving field.

Key Responsibilities of the HGV Technician

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HGVs and EV systems.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest EV technology advancements and best practices.
Requirements of the HGV Technician

Solid experience as an HGV technician or a similar role.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
Strong knowledge of HGV systems, components, and regulations.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to EV technology and charging infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
