**Job Specification for a Personal Assistant****Rate of pay:** £13.00 per hour
**Location:** Craig Y Don, Llandudno
**Days and hours:** 10 hours per week. comprising 2 shifts per week working hours 1 pm - 5pm or 2 - 6pm either Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sunday

I'm a fifty-eight-year-old male wheelchair user. I live with my wife, teenage children, and dog in sunny Llandudno. I have a degenerative health condition which means that my energy levels are variable. On a good day I would like to get out of the house for a coffee or to walk the dog. On a less good day I might spend the day in bed.
**Duties will include:**
Making drinks, snacks, and preparing meals.
Light housework and household jobs.
Supporting me with transferring in and out of my wheelchair. I use hoists and a patient turner training will be provided.
I require support with dressing.
I am able to use the toilet independently 90% of the time.
Days and hours are flexible but shifts either 12-5pm or 1-6pm 5 days per week Monday - Friday 25 hours per week.
