Description
Working alongside the HR team, the iTrent administrator will support the lead consultant on the implementation and roll-out of the system later this year. The key responsibilities will be to;
Manage and maintain the iTrent system, ensuring its optimal functionality.
Identify and resolve any system-related issues promptly.
Work closely with the Human Resources department, providing system training and support.
Develop and implement system improvements and customisations.
Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and reviews.
Maintain system documentation and user guides for reference.
Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and enhance system capabilities.
Support the implementation of new iTrent modules and upgrades.Profile
A successful iTrent Systems Administrator should have:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Demonstrable knowledge of iTrent and its various modules.
Experience in a similar role, preferably within a not-for-profit environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and user support.
A proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.Job Offer
