Job summary
We are currently recruiting for a Pay and Benefits Assistants to join a Public Sector Clients on a rolling contract (initially 3 months with possibility of extension). Office locations can be any of the ones available: London/ Durham/ Blackpool/ GlasgowBenefits: immediate start, hybrid working, 2-3 days/ week in an office
Candidates must be eligible to undergo Enhanced BPSS check (5 Years enhanced financial checks)
Essential skills:
Pay and Benefits/Modelling experience / Great interaction with Senior stakeholders/
Experience of salary and bonus forecasting within designated budgets.
Experience of managing reward and employee benefits.
Experience of the job evaluation process.
