Our team
Methodology within Engineering will be the cornerstone of where we are going as an Organisation. We will bring together the best practises for cutting edge tools and their processes, from all of the areas within COO to give a single, holistic view of how we deliver solutions to our Customers. This is an exciting space to be in as we begin the next step in our journey to digitalisation.
We are a highly motivated team with big expectations of us, so we seek individuals who are truly passionate about their work and possess the enthusiasm and aim to make things happen.
The opportunity
If you are looking to move your career in the direction of shaping the processes of future Santander UK systems then Methodology could be the choice for you.
We liaise with all of our COO colleagues, IT colleagues in other countries and 3rd Parties to produce and review AS IS and TO BE processes so that they align to the strategies of the bank. These are then used by the whole COO community to develop solutions mainly in an agile way. Key to this will be the building and maintenance of our KPIs metrics - as we need to understand how we are performing to be able to move forward.
Your role will be to work alongside all other parts of COO bringing these elements together - from designing processes directly with delivery teams, looking for and driving out synergies in tools and processes, understanding and building KPIs, to analysis of the metrics allowing for the building of learning and other plans for those teams to move forward
