Job summary
A client of mine is looking for an Internal Sale Executive to develop existing accounts and develop business growth. The selected candidate must speak Fluent German (Ideally Native) and have expert sales experience. You will be selling products of a technical nature therefore previous experience in a similar position would be very advantageous.To build strong working relationships, maximising revenue and margin. Identifying opportunities for product and market development within existing and new customers. Follow up of all allocated leads and enquiries. Update and maintain all systems as required, including but not limited to SAP/JDE and Salesforce, enabling accurate forecasting for sales and margin.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Proactive customer account management, (Primarily Phone, Teams etc with occasional face-face as and when required)
Data analysis of customer accounts, market sectors and product groups of the named accounts
Gathering and recording of market intelligence
Recording of Qualifying Leads to Opportunities using our Standard Work procedures.
Communication of pricing updates to customers including pricing negotiations
Take ownership and management of new Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) opportunities.
Confident in handling budget/quota responsibility for allocated accounts
May be assigned additional projects and responsibilities as requiredEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Technical Skills/Knowledge
High proficiency in both German and English language is essential including the ability to converse and write about commercial or technical subjects
Additional French or Spanish Language skills beneficial
Strong sales experience with a technical product (Electronic Temperature Controllers, Sensing technology)
Proven experience in Inside Sales, and/or Business Development in a technical sales or industrial environment
Excellent Numeracy skills
Proficient skills of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Solid grounding and understanding of CRM. SFDC preferred.
SAP Skills advantageous
