As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events
effectively qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and buying intent to determine whether they meet the criteria for further engagement by the Sales Director
Setting Appointments and Meetings between qualified leads
Engaging with decision makers, typically at Director level, using intelligent software
Collaborating with our Sales Director to schedule online meetings to discuss recruitment solutions
Becoming an expert in recruitment through ongoing learning and development, staying informed about industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques to enhance your performance and achieve targets
