Job summary
Responsibilities:Perform stress analysis and structural assessments on aerospace components and systems.
Utilise software tools such as HyperMesh, HyperSizer, and Nastran to conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and ensure structural integrity.
Collaborate with design engineers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve structural issues.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on stress-related matters to project teams.
Generate technical reports and documentation to communicate analysis results and recommendations effectively.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in stress analysis and structural assessment within the aerospace industry.
Proficiency in using engineering software tools such as HyperMesh, HyperSizer, and Nastran.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience working on aircraft structures is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.

Employment Type: Contract (Minimum 6 months, rolling)
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Working Arrangement: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Hourly Rate: Up to £41 per hour
