Monday-Friday- 08:00-17:00 with a early finish on Friday's!
Salary: £25,000
Position: Temporary to permanent role
As a Credit Controller, you will have the opportunity to:
Be the superhero of the finance department, ensuring that all customer accounts are accurately managed and payments are received on time.
Chase outstanding debts with a friendly and professional approach, building strong relationships with valued clients.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any customer queries or disputes, putting your exceptional problem-solving skills to the test.
Contribute to the development and improvement of credit control processes.To conquer this role, we need you to possess:
Previous experience as a Credit Controller, showcasing your excellent financial and numerical skills.
An impressive ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as you'll be the friendly voice representing the company.
A keen eye for detail and a love for precision. We need someone with the skills to spot any potential risks while managing customer accounts.
A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
