The Company

The client, a specialist Property Consultancy, is looking for an experienced Associate Town Planner to join the Planning team in Worcestershire. Successful candidates will be Chartered with the RTPI, have an RTPI accredited planning degree (or related qualification), and have demonstrable consultancy experience. The client focuses on projects across the UK including Development, Project Management, Wayleaves and Easements, Utilities and Infrastructure, and Energy.

The Position as an Associate Town Planner

Project initiation and site selection through to end-of-life phase.
Engage in developing the company's client base, enhancing the company's reputation, and an active member of the team.
Contribute to a diverse range and scale of projects such as private housebuilders, government organisations, social housing developers and landlords, and commercial developers.
Be part of a team filled with versatile expertise.Essential Criteria for the candidate as an Associate Town Planner

Chartered Member of the RTPI
Demonstrable relevant within the planning industry, working within a consultancy or developer.
Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
