Description
Manage order entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate with the sales and finance teams for seamless transactions.
Processing high volumes of Sales Orders
Act as contact for customer and internal queries relating to order entry or status enquiries.
Assisting and Processing Sales Orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Working with Manufacturing and Sales to resolve Order Entry Queries.
Working with Finance and Manufacturing on key data and reporting.
Assisting in key project work with regard to improving work practices / streamlining processes and cost reductions.
· Maintaining and updating various existing spreadsheets.
Work closely with other departments to ensure order fulfilment.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documents.
Perform administrative duties as required by the team.
Maintain an organised system for tracking and recording orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Profile
A successful Order Entry Administrator should have:
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, ideally a good level of Excel.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
