As a Production & Scheduling Assistant, you will support the management and co-ordination of the manufacturing process. You will ensure production runs efficiently, ensuring continuous improvement and on-time delivery dates, resulting in customer satisfaction.

As a Production & Scheduling Assistant, youll be responsible for
To coordinate the scheduling process.
To work with the Production Manager to ensure that all company required & external compliance documentation is kept up to date.
To liaise with the Sales Department to ensure that the orderbook is managed to meet the lead times given and manufacturing targets are kept within the specified values.
Full participation in stock take activities.
Development of the ERP system to improve production processes.
Assist the Production Team in the implementation projects as required.
Assist the Production Team on reporting of production activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of relevant key performance indicators.
Assist the Production Team in ensuring that the relevant resources are available to achieve delivery of the production schedule, including staffing, tooling, instructions, parts, materials, consumables, packaging & part-finished products.
As a Production & Scheduling Assistant, you will need
Experience using MS Office, Excel, Work and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, Customer relationship skills.
Data base management would be advantageous.
An eye for detail and accuracy.
An outgoing and personable individual, who can work in a busy environment.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
