The Employment Group are proud to announce that we are actively working in partnership with CDT to assist with their recruitment drive for their Brackley base.
CDT specialise in plastic moulding manufacturing, including electrical components and custom prototype fabrication. Established in 1986, they combine technical expertise with a flexible, fabrication service meaning there is no limit on size or quantity, allowing for easy changes from their clients between production runs.
They are currently looking for 2 production operatives to join their current team. You will be responsible for the operation of certain machinery, assembly and manufacture of components and products manufactured by CDT.
Job Description:
The Employment Group are currently working in partnership with a well-known, plastic moulding manufacturing company based in the Brackley area. You will be joining a well-established company who have been trading since 1986.
They are currently looking for 2 production operatives to join their team, you will be responsible for the operation of certain machinery as well as working both as part of a team and solo to complete set tasks and ensure that products are completed within set timescales and to specific quality levels.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of plastic enclosures, PCB's and components for the manufacture of finished goods.
* Follow standardized operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent quality and output.
* Assemble plastic enclosure components accurately and efficiently, following assembly diagrams and technical specifications.
* Assemble electronic and mechanical components accurately and efficiently into plastic enclosures, following assembly diagrams and technical specifications.
* Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and adjusting as necessary.
* Assist in the setup and changeover of machines for different production runs.
* Monitor production output and report any issues or discrepancies to the Production Supervisor.
* Soldering of PCB's and cable assemblies.
The requirements of this role include:
* Previous experience as a production operative, especially within a manufacturing environment is desirable
* Experience working with soldering equipment is desirable
* Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of the produced products

08:00am 05:00pm
Friday
08:00am 2:30pm
