Job summary
As the HR Team Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the HR Director's daily operations and ensuring seamless communication within the HR team and with external stakeholders. What you'll be doing
To maintain and provide a support service for the HR directors daily schedule, including forward planning of their workload, diary management and co-ordinating and collating all relevant paperwork.
To support meetings, including preparation of meeting papers, obtaining and preparing briefing materials and presentations, and taking minutes when requested/where necessary.
To liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the HR team.
To ensure the smooth flow of information around the HR Team, including action monitoring to achieve deadlines.
To effectively plan and coordinate any corporate or training events, workshops and meetings/conferences on behalf of the HR Team, from inception through to event management, budgetary control, invoicing and post event appraisal.
To arrange travel and accommodation for the HR Team.
To deal with incoming email and post and correspond on behalf of the HR Team where instructed.
