Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading company within environmental services to recruit a Project and Process Engineer for its Gloucestershire EFW site.
The Project and Process Engineer role comes with a salary of £42,000 - £54,000.

Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will:
Manage all plant related computing and communications equipment. This will include networks, DCS, PLC; ensuring correct operation, and the records are maintained and managing appropriate levels of access for staff and contractors.
Ensure that plant is operated within design parameters.
Oversee management and operations of all plant computing and communications networks, DCS & PLCs
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cyber security
Maintain aspects of the project including costs, timelines, scopes of work and commissioning.
To oversee the management and operation from a compliance view of High Voltage (HV) network and grid connection.
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:
HNC or equivalent in an electrical/electronic field
Knowledge and experience of electrical plant including HV switchgear, transformers, motors, generators and variable speed drives etc.
