We are looking for an Office Administrator who can offer support to the Buying & Merchandising department within our mail order clothing business (home of the brands "Country Collection", "James Meade" and "The Classic Boutique"), based in Brampton, Cumbria.
We are an employee-owned company (part of the WCF Ltd family) offering Ladies & Mens clothing to the mature market.
This role will involve: Setting up new product lines, raising purchase orders, raw material management, sending parcels, acting as an administrative liaison with internal/external sources and assisting the B&M team with other Adhoc duties.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Good communication skills; both oral and written
- To be computer literate with a good knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- To have the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

- 37.5 hour working week - Mon-Fri (Permanent)
