ob Title: Finance AdministratorLocation: Lancing, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Office Angels have team up with our client who is a fast growing company experiencing an exciting period of change. They are looking to on board a Finance Administrator to their finance team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about Finance and Administration, looking to advance their career or looking to join a Company who will truly value their skills.
About your new role:
Bank reconcillition of BACS payments to customer accounts.
Managing banking transactions and reconciling cheque payments.
Requesting remittance advices when necessary.
Supporting credit control.
Reconciling customer credit card payments for accuracy.
Conducting petty cash reconciliations.
Ownership of the Accounts inbox and ensure timely responses.
Adhoc administrative tasks and taking customer calls in a professional manner.About you:
Experience in a Finance position is desirable.
Finance graduates with office experience are also encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Organised and got a key eye of detail.
Loves working as part of a team.
