What You'll Do:

Lead with Passion: Inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among our talented team members.

Mentorship and Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to our software development team, empowering them to reach new heights in their professional growth.

Technical Excellence: Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on web development using JavaScript, PHP & React, while staying at the forefront of industry trends and implementing cutting-edge technologies.

Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, proactively understanding their needs and proposing innovative solutions to exceed their expectations.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with HR and senior leaders on recruitment, onboarding, and development processes, while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring:

Proven hands-on web development experience with JavaScript, PHP & React.

Previous experience mentoring or supervising software development teams.

Proficiency in git version control.

Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Experience in a consultancy environment is a plus.

Knowledge of/experience with cloud environments, specifically AWS, is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

Mastery in one or more leading programming languages and cutting-edge development technologies.

Extensive expertise and hands-on involvement in software development methodologies, cutting-edge tools, and frameworks.

Proficiency in quality assurance processes, conducting thorough code reviews, and ensuring compliance with coding and documentation standards.

Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, adept at navigating technical hurdles and delivering efficient solutions.

Behavioural Skills:

Inspirational leadership qualities, adept at motivating, managing, and mentoring development teams to achieve outstanding results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.

Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities, proficient in identifying and resolving complex technical issues.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, ensuring seamless project execution.

Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
