Currently, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with global delay.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to the student with global delay, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and reaching their full potential.
Implement individualised learning strategies and accommodations to support the student's unique needs.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where the student feels valued and encouraged to succeed.
Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement personalised education plans.
Monitor the student's progress and provide ongoing feedback to support their development and growth.Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with global delay, is highly desirable.
A patient and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of all students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the student and the school environment.
