Office Angels Manchester are proudly supporting a charity based in Prestwich who require front of house/admin support.
Duties could include:
Reception
Data entry of internal records
Filing/scanning
Meeting patients on arrival and offering refreshments
Updating patient appointments
Dealing with email and general enquiries
General administration tasks as directedSkills required:
Good communication written and verbal
Exceptional organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong telephone manner
Experience of relevant software including MS word, Excel and outlookPlease note candidates should be available for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
