Job summary

Quality is at the forefront of everything that we do. We are looking for a established but ambitious Quality Manager who will be instrumental in the design, selection and implementation of a new QMS at our state of the art facility in Hampshire.

BASIC SALARY: Up to £55,000

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance - Machinery, Manufacturing - geotechnical

Ideally, you will be from a manufacturing background and have a strong knowledge of the ISO9001 accreditation. You will have designed and implemented a QMS in the past and will be experienced in working towards KPIs in a cross functional capacity across the business, using excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner, with the ability to adapt in a fast paced circumstances.

You will also have:
· Good knowledge and understanding of process theory with a proven track record of converting into practice.
· Graduate level education, with a proven track record in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience as a change agent who can challenge and drive best practice process improvements.

It is imperative that we employ individuals who have the desire and capability to work in a proactive and self-managed manner, who have experience in the development and management of QMS in an ISO9001 certified company within the manufacturing industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance - Machinery, Manufacturing - geotechnical

As our Quality Manager, your task is to create an environment where quality is identified as a critical requirement and is never compromised. You will own the development of the Quality Management System, ensuring best practice policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

As well as planning and managing the internal audit process and supporting continuous improvement with managers and their teams across the business, you will;

· Report on Quality KPIs that lead to a robust continuous improvement (CI) process.
· Monitor the timely execution of the non-conformance process, measuring against the set KPIs, and work on corrective measures.
· Ensure the quality of product documentation that is supplied to customers fulfills user and regulatory requirements.
· Work alongside the senior leadership team in their management and creation of a robust non-conformance and root cause analysis process.
· Develop and manage the Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, processes and procedures to meet the needs of the business.

It is highly likely that you would have undertaken one of the following roles: Quality Management, Quality Control, Quality Consultant, Quality Supervisor, Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Manager - manufacturing, machinery, geotechnical, industrial equipment, industrial machines
