Job summary
TeacherActive are proud to be working with nurseries throughout Leicester in a wide variety of roles. One of the roles we are looking for is a passionate, dedicated Nursery Early Years Leader for a lovely home from home setting on a full time basis.The ideal Nursery Room Leader candidate will be flexible working with children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years. We are looking for qualified, hard working, passionate and dedicated senior nursery nurse who can support children and a team to ensure children can flourish in their early development. In return of this the nurseries we work with will provide you with the experience of working in a welcoming, friendly environment and as part of a great team of nursery nurses.
- A minimum level 3 qualification.
- Previous nursery nurse experience in a nursery settings.
- Strong leadership skills
- Outstanding knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Framework.
- Be a positive role model for the team and provide support and advice for team members when they need as a senior nursery nurse.
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of their particular room or nursery. Being able to act upon evaluations to ensure the highest standard of care and education to the children in the nursery.
