We are looking for an experienced BDM who has strong sales skills and has a basic understanding of the Social Housing Sector. If you have an interest in this sector this could be the role for you!
Duties of a BDM

Utilize previous experience in housing associations, residential house building/development, or local authorities.
Apply a comprehensive understanding of the housing development process.
Demonstrate project management and financial skills.
Focus on delivery and customer satisfaction as a priority.
Utilize strong financial, numeracy, and negotiation skills.
Apply knowledge of social housing mix standards and funding for future programs.
Act as a team player while also working independently to meet deadlines.
Manage multiple key stakeholder relationships effectively.
Preferably possess experience in delivering affordable housing contracts.
Conduct research to evaluate local authority housing requirements.
Build and maintain a network of relationships with registered provider clients.
Prepare and present regular progress reports.
Skills and experience of an BDM
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines.
Ability to prioritise own workload and manage expectations.
Attention to detail.
It would be beneficial to the role if you also had;
Social housing sector knowledge or experience

Our client is a small run company who are the market leaders in their specialist field providing support housing needs to over 70 Local Authorities. They are looking for a BDM to join their team part time. Due to recent expansion and successfully securing new contracts, we are looking to recruit a BDM to join their small team.
