Job summary
An interesting and challenging position has arisen within the Sales Department for a Senior Sales Co-Ordinator, reporting to the internal Sales Team Leader. Training will be given to the successful applicant in required aspects of the role.Do you enjoy working independently and managing your own workload?

This is a full time position working the following hours:
Monday - Thursday 07:30am - 16:30pm with a 45 minute lunch break
Friday 07:30am - 12 noon.

Main Duties:
Process customer orders and amendments
Liaise with other departments across Europe to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded
Generate Quotations: supply pricing and supporting information to customers to secure new business.
Provide excellent customer support over the phone and by email
Report analysis: proactively look for improvements in supply chain for customers
Work with Commercial Regional Managers and colleagues to provide competitive customer supportSkills and qualifications:
A key aspect of the role will involve dealing with internal & external customers therefore a friendly and confident telephone manner, alongside excellent communication skills are essential
As well as working as part of a team, the ability to work alone, react to changing target and be able to prioritise tasks is crucial to this role
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure is essential
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly in Excel and the confidence to learn internal software programs & procedures
Previous experience in a similar role would be a great advantage
