About the Role: As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing mechanical contracts within the realm of HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks, particularly in high-rise building projects. This position demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, who can confidently take charge of complex projects and ensure their successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee mechanical contracts, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and deadline standards.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.
* Provide technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks in high-rise building environments.
* Conduct site inspections, manage subcontractors, and troubleshoot any arising issues.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager.
* Proven track record in successfully managing projects related to HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks in high-rise buildings.
* Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
* Relevant certifications and qualifications are highly desirable.
